Ran VeraCrypt and went to restart computer, now it hangs on a black screen/can't access bios, etc

description

I saw the issue in the troubleshooting FAQ (https://veracrypt.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Troubleshooting - Problem:
After the system partition/drive is encrypted, the computer cannot boot after it is restarted (it is also impossible to enter the BIOS configuration screen).)

I don't have an extra drive besides my SSD or a copy of windows to put on another drive if I had one, so I'm not sure what to do right now. I've restarted my computer countless times and it just sits at a black screen. I tried to unplug the hard drive to see if it would let me enter the BIOS that way, but it didn't.

I'm kind of at a loss for what to do here and unfortunately I didn't save the repair iso to a usb drive like I should have (I know...it's on my desktop on the SSD).

Anyone have any ideas on how to get my PC working again?
