Selected Boot Image Did Not Authenticate

Topics: Technical Issues

I'm running an HP Envy Windows 10 64bit. Single hard drive.

I installed VeraCrpt and ran the option to encrypt the System partition. I made the rescue disc then the system rebooted and came up with "Selected Boot Image did Not Authenticate".

Another reboot and a few weird Bios screens later I'm back to Windows with VeraCrypt asking if I want to uninstall the pre-boot.

I disabled the Intel BIOS level software protection thinking it was preventing VeraCrypt but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

HP problem

Another possibility - it is possible to setup as driver. (was not tested)
