We're possibly deploying this encryption software to multiple workstations, and wanted to know if the bootloader password can be turned off? We have several clients who may have an issue trying to remember the bootloader password and their Windows password.

Is it possible to boot straight to the Windows login screen and bypass the bootloader without hitting the esc key?

Yes, by decrypting the drive ;-)

The idea can be implemented but in current version the only authorization is "I know" factor. (password, pim)

In general your requirement is single sign on. It can be. But the possible solution is software and hardware dependable.
