Windows 10 - Can't boot and start encryption - why?

Hi there, I've installed a 64 version of Windows 10. The rescue disk is OK, after it tries to reboot the system, it says: "Selected boot image did not authenticate. Cancel image load and boot to next boot option". The encryption didn't start, and I didn't ask any password.

In this case, I can't reinstall windows 10 system, just if I restore everything to defaults in BIOS. What's the problem? (It seems some settings it locked in BIOS, for example legacy mode, I can't enable it). Hope somebody can help me.
