Excuse me for my bad English...

I have flash disk USB 32giga (divided into two partitions)

Partitions 1 (16giga)= Linux Mint 18 Live Persistent mode
Partitions 2 (16giga)= casper-rw

Is there any way to encrypt a partition with casper-rw?

I get a window with the option to enter a password to encrypt the partition section with casper-rw (And then he begins to boot Linux Mint)

Yes, you can encrypt the partition. Use in place partition encryption to retain data.

Btw. casper rw is located in a file, not in a partition, so whatever you have on the second partition, are you sure it is casper rw?
