Hey there,
today I tried to encrypt my Win10 partition.
I got this error:

Is there any way to change partition table? I dont really know about types of HDD tables and formats.
What I know is that MBR is somehow GRUB-like and more like used in Linux, right?
How can I encrypt Win10 then? It can't be installed on UEFI?

VeraCrypt does not support UEFI/GPT for system encryption.

You can Google search for the procedures for converting from GPT to MBR and adjusting your BIOS to use Legacy mode for MBR.
