Encrypted partition "seeing" another encrypted partition

Hello.
My hard drive has 2 partitions: system partition is encrypted by VeraCrypt and the other partition is not.
Now I need to encrypt the other partition, so that system partition could "see" the other one and access its files after encryption. I would like to type a password only when booting computer.
How can I do that?
Thanks.

Encrypt the the other partition using the same password and PIM value that you used for the system encryption and then use System Favorites to mount volume.
