Is there any way to fix the dreadfully slow boot time associated with having an encrypted drive? It takes two minutes for mt laptop to boot and while I appreciate the security is there a way to turn it down a little?

Its unusable as is. with truecrypt being found to be safer than was originally thought, im considering switching back

thanks for making this software

Hello,

You can reduce the number of hash iterations by using the PIM feature with a lower value by having a password of 20 or more characters.

Kind Regards.
