Veracrypt and Windows 10 Update/Compatibility

Does Veracrypt has been tested on Windows 10 ?
If I want to update my encrypted OS to Win10 I need to: decrypt my OS Update Windows on the already Installed OS and then recrypt the new Windows. If I have a hidden OS, does after this manipulation I'll still have access to it?

Yes, VeraCrypt has been tested on Windows 10.
I have a VirtualBox test system where the decoy OS is Windows 10 Preview 64-bit Build-10074 and the hidden OS is Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.

I confirm that you need to decrypt your OS, upgrade it and then re-encrypt it again. After this, you will still have access to the hidden OS provided that:
  • you don't change the partitioning of your disk
  • you use the same algorithm for the new decoy OS as it was for the old decoy OS.
I have done a video showcasing Windows 10 as decoy OS and Windows 7 as hidden OS, alongside the use of the outer volume. Here is the youtube link for the video:
