Legacy BIOS encryption

Hello guys. First of all I really appreciate your work, this is awesome software. I know that's not possible yet to encrypt system partition (whole disk) with UEFI bootloader (GPT), however UEFI has an option called "Legacy BIOS" mode which (If I understood correctly) rewrites boot sector to a compatible with older systems MBR-like version (however this is not actually a "true" MBR). Is it possible to encrypt whole disk with VeraCrypt when I choose Legacy BIOS mode? Note that I installed Windows 8 when I had EFI enabled, but now I have option in BIOS to change mode to Legacy.

Best regards to you, Psycho

Yes, legacy BIOS mode is indeed supported by VeraCrypt for system encryption.
In your case, since you installed Windows with EFI mode, if you change to legacy mode in the BIOS, your machine will not boot and Windows will not run even before anything with VeraCrypt.
The only day to go is to enable legacy mode before Windows installation.
