I remember that i saved the veracrypt rescue disc on my usb but i cannot find it. Now i cant open the BIOS because the whole system is encrypted and i first need to enter veracrypt password, i tried to open the BIOS after i enter the password but its not working. Bios asks for Entering Setup before the VC Bootloader starts. Problem could be that your Fast-Boot is enabled which does not load USB Devices until the Bootloader starts. In this case you could Clear CMOS. If you don't know how to do this post your Motherboard Name here or use Google.
I hope this makes it possible to access your BIOS again.
Or just disconnect your Harddrive and start your Computer without it. Reboot it several times and it should go into some kind of failsafe mode and let you access the BIOS.
