the encrypted data within the virtual disk of veracrypt are protected by malaware as cryptolocker?

No. Once your computer is infected, your security and files will be compromised depending on the variant of ransomware that has infected your computer when you mount the file container or if the ransomware targets VC file containers that are dismounted.
