Turn off PIM

Hi, is there anyway to turn off PIM so i only have to type the password on computer boot?

Hello,

In VeraCrypt 1.18 BETA 9 has added the following to the Windows platform:
Add option to avoid PIM prompt in pre-boot authentication by storing PIM value unencrypted in MBR.
.
You can get the beta at the link below. There are two downloads. The EFI is for those who are testing the ability to encrypt their system drive using UEFI/GPT instead of Legacy/MBR. The other beta (VeraCrypt Setup 1.18-BETA.exe) is more production ready.
