I'd like to migrate from TC to VC, and I have my hard drive fully encrypted with TC... I would like to use TC to decrypt the HD, but I have a TC error which is avoiding me to run the program (see below)...
When I use VC, the program do not detect the TC encrypted HD and looks like to consider it as a normal unencrypted HD...
Anyone have an idea of what I can do ?
Thanks for your help :)
The TrueCrypt error I got when I open the program is listed below:
Thanks for your answer ;)
Yes, my first choice was to use TC to decrypt my drive, and this is when I want to open the GUI that I'm getting that error message... I was thinking about to uninstall TC and use a portable TC to decrypt, but I cannot uninstall TC properly (I'm advised to
decrypt the drive first), and I'm a little bit worried that my system is not going to like if I do it by removing all the instance in the registry... ;)

Have you tried reinstalling/upgrade TC?
You can download TC version you are using and install it choosing the option reinstall/upgrade which will require a reboot.
This will replace/repair missing files or damaged files.
Be sure to install and run the TC application logged-in as the administrator or having administrator privileges.
